Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by User:

  1. Within 24 hours of check-in:
    • Refund: 70% of the amount paid, excluding service fees.
    • Process: Users must use the cancellation form available on the website and follow the provided instructions. The cancellation becomes effective only after the Owner sends a notification email confirming the cancellation.
  2. Less than 24 hours before check-in:
    • Refund: No refund.
    • Process: Same as above.
  3. No show:
    • Refund: No refund.

Cancellation by Third-Party Provider:

  1. Less than 48 hours before check-in:
    • The provider must notify the User via phone or email and reschedule the booking. If rescheduling is not possible or acceptable to the User, a full refund will be issued within 30 days.
  2. More than 48 hours before check-in:
    • The Owner and Third-Party Provider will seek an alternative for the User (rescheduling or replacement with a similar or higher category Product). If no alternative is acceptable, a full refund will be issued within 30 days.
  3. Weather-related cancellations:
    • The Third-Party Provider may cancel for safety reasons due to adverse weather conditions. The service will be rescheduled to the next available date, or a full refund will be provided if rescheduling is not possible.
  4. Breakdown of the Product:
    • The provider will offer instructions and reschedule the booking. If rescheduling is not feasible or acceptable, a full refund will be provided within 30 days.

Additional Terms:

  • Refunds will be processed within a maximum period of 30 days.
  • Users can only request refunds for the booking service amount and cannot hold the Owner responsible for additional costs.
  • For date changes requested by the User, the Third-Party Provider will accommodate if possible. If not, the standard cancellation rules apply.
